At Dr. Who Scrubs, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit to use on our website. We do not offer refunds.

U.S. Customers:
To request an exchange or store credit, please complete the Get in Touch form on our website. Once your request is approved, we will email you a digital prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for printing the label, securely packaging the item, and dropping it off with the designated shipping carrier. Dr. Who Scrubs covers the cost of the return shipping label.

International Customers:
We do not offer refunds. International orders are eligible for exchange only, and customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, all items must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In their original condition with all tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse any item that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

At Dr. Who Scrubs, our crystal-embellished designs are created to combine elegance, durability, and safety. Each crystal is individually applied and thoroughly tested to ensure it is securely bonded, washer and dryer resistant, antimicrobial, and safe for everyday professional wear.

Our scrubs are primarily designed for outpatient settings, private practices, clinics, medical offices, and patient consultations. While our crystals are securely attached, healthcare professionals must always follow their facility’s infection control policies and wear the appropriate protective coverings during any surgical or sterile procedure.

Dr. Who Scrubs is not responsible for the use of our products during surgery or sterile procedures, or for any failure to follow required safety protocols, hospital policies, or professional guidelines. It is the sole responsibility of the wearer to ensure our garments are appropriate for their clinical setting and used in accordance with all applicable safety standards.

Our premium fabric is designed to keep up with the demands of healthcare professionals while providing all-day comfort and performance. Made from 75% Polyester, 19% Viscose, and 6% Spandex, it features 4-way stretch for unrestricted movement, moisture-wicking technology to keep you cool and dry, spill-repellent protection against water-based liquids, and antimicrobial properties that help inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria, yeast, and other microorganisms, keeping your scrubs fresher for longer. Every garment is constructed with 16 stitches per inch (compared to the industry standard of 10–12) for exceptional seam strength and long-lasting durability.
